Service Agreement
These terms apply to all services unless changed in writing in your service confirmation. Accepting the confirmation email means you agree to these terms.
1. What We Provide

- How often we come
- What’s included in the scope

- Any changes to these standard terms
2. Fees & Billing
Services are billed in advance, 4-week cycle.
Standard example: $180 per session × 4 sessions = $720 per billing period
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
We reserve the right to suspend services if accounts go overdue.
3. Minimum Term & Early Termination
Standard agreement is 24 months from start date.
If you need to terminate early (within the 24-month period), there’s a cancellation fee: 8 weeks of service fees.
After 24 months? Either side can terminate with 14 days written notice. No penalty.
4. Access & Your Responsibilities
You need to provide:
- Safe, unobstructed access to the site
- Utilities we need to do the job (water, power, etc.)
- Alarm codes and entry instructions
- Notice of any hazards we should know about
Important: If we show up and can’t access the site, the service is still chargeable. Make sure access is available.
5. What’s Included (Scope of Work)
- Floors and surfaces
- Amenities (bathrooms, etc.) `
- Kitchens and break areas
- Waste removal
- General sanitation
6. Supplies
We supply: Equipment and cleaning chemicals
You supply: Consumables (paper towels, liners, soap refills, etc.)
(We can arrange otherwise if it makes sense for your situation—just ask.)
7. Damage & Liability
If something gets damaged during our service, you need to tell us within 24 hours.
Our liability is limited to fixing the damaged area or refunding the service fee, whichever is appropriate.
We’re not responsible for:
-Damage that was already there before we arrived
-Normal wear and tear
-Items that weren’t secured properly or were unstable
8. Service Quality & Complaints
If you’re unhappy with the work, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll come back and fix it within a reasonable timeframe.
That’s how complaints work—we get notified, we come back and rectify it. That’s the remedy.
9. Changes to Service
If you want to change the frequency, scope, or pricing, we need to agree in writing.
Additional services get quoted separately.
10. How to End the Agreement
After the 24-month minimum term, either of us can end the agreement with 14 days written notice.
No penalty. No fees. Just 14 days’ notice.
11. How This Agreement Starts
Replying to the confirmation email, sending a purchase order, or instructing us to start work means you accept these terms.
